Bodylanguage in flirt & romance

What can legs tell us...

In this photo are the First Lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, the President, Barack Obama, and the TV-show host Oprah Winfrey in the Harpo Studio in Chicago.

President Obama, who is sitting between two beautiful ladies, is clearly upset. We can understand this from his pinched lips that tell us about his suppressed emotions, his chin pushed slightly forward and his head tilted back is a sign of aggressiveness.

At this moment, Barack Obama’s posture is rather 'shrunken' given his status. He looks disturbed. The President’s right foot is pointing toward the host Oprah; however, his left foot is turned toward the First Lady. Since we do not know whether the studio door is located in the same direction where the president’s left foot is pointing, we can think of two versions – either he is expecting his wife to support him or he really wants to leave the studio.
